Obituary of Johnnie Marie Geary

Tracy City- Mrs. Johnnie Marie Johnson Geary, 89, passed away Tuesday December 12, 2017 at NHC Healthcare in McMinnville. She was born in Tracy City, Tennessee on October 15, 1928 to Barney William and Pearl Lillie Orange Johnson who preceded her in death along with husband, Earl Geary, Sr.; brother, Freddie William Johnson; sisters, Irene Saynes, Eula Partin, Bonny Andelson.

Marie Attended Orange Hill Church Mt. Oak Primitive Baptist Church all her life. She was always a gentle, loving, quiet lady who loved flowers, gardening and her home at Lone Rock, but most of all she loved her Family.

She is survived by sons, Roger (Jerry) Cunningham, and John “Jack” Reynolds; daughter, Patricia (Patsy) Reynolds; brother, Franklyn Johnson; sister, Dawn Johnson Brothers; grandchildren, Patrick Roger Cunningham, Tristan Kennerly Cunningham, and Wesley Roger Cunningham, along with several Nieces and Nephews.

Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM Friday December 15, 2017 at Orange Hill Church Mt. Oak Primitive Baptist Church with Dr. Joe Nunley officiating. Visitation will be held Thursday December 14, 2017 from 5:00-8:00 PM at Cumberland Funeral Home, Tracy City, Tennessee. Online condolences may be made at www.cumberlandfuneralhome.net
