I loved visting Aunt Carlene's and Byron D's house growing up. Playing with the dogs and everyone laughing and talking there was never a quiet moment. He was an amazing man...thank you for all you were and meant to others...my love goes out to Carlene and Valarie and the rest of the family.

Carlene, I was saddened to hear of the passing of Bayron D. I have such fond memories of you and your family. Our friend ship goes way back to our children’s school dates, visiting with you at the green house and Byron was our mail carrier. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

We lived close by. As a child I was at their house nearly every day. Byron Jr. and I were very close friends. Byron D. Built a swimming pool out of plywood and plastic sheathing for us kids. We were in it all the time. Their house is where all the kids went. They were always doing something for us. My visits got few and far between as I got older, but my memories never faded. I can't tell a story about my childhood without mentioning their names. Byron D. You will be missed. I love you you all

The first meeting was after moving to Browns Hollow , he was the mailman. I started going to farmers markets and there was Bryron and Carlene, with vegetables and flowers that they grew. Never was without a laugh, smile or a story. Loved being with them and others.

Byron D was one of a kind. He was always smiling and kind. He took us caving and was at every ballgame. I will miss him but will always hold memories in my heart of our families together. Fly high my dear friend and give those angels heck.
