Obituary of Robert Dean Taylor

Mr. Robert Dean Taylor age 58 of Gruetli-Laager, Tennessee passed from this life Friday, April 12, 2019, at STRHS in Sewanee. He was a disabled U.S. Army veteran. Robert enjoyed spending time outside in his yard enjoying God's creation.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Russell Dean Taylor and Juanita Green Shrum.

Survivors include his wife, Celestine “Tina” Taylor; children, Destiny Taylor, Sammy Taylor, Patricia (Aaron) Bates; brother, Ronald Dale (Mikke)  Taylor; Mildred (Tim) Sanders, Patricia Painter; nieces, Ashley, Brooke, Carys, Saoirse; nephew, Shane and a host of other nieces and nephews; grandchildren, Ethan and Cora.

A celebration of life service will be 2:00 P.M. Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with Brother Michael Johnson officiating. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 12:00 Noon until the time of service. On line condolences may be made at: www.cumberlandfuneralhome.net.
