Obituary of Annie Alberta Magouirk

Annie Alberta Gilliam Magourik, age 98 of Payne's Cove, near Pelham, Tennessee. Was born August 21, 1920. She went to be the Lord, November 4, 2018 with her family by her bedside. She was the daughter of the late Lanson O'Dell (Dellie) and Annie Lee Layne Gilliam. She was preceded in death by her husband Dorcie Allen Magouirk, son Raymond Gilbert Magouirk, and daughter-in-law Judy Magouirk. Her sisters, Lula Mae Cox, Goldie Irene Meeks, Elemery Jean Layne, Mary Virginia Hill Bates; brothers, William Jessup Gilliam, Johnny O'Dell Gilliam, Gerald Edwards Gilliam and Burlwell Gilliam.

She is survived by daughters Rosa Lee (Dean) Harris, Ruby (Leroy) Argo, Peggy (David) Gallagher and son Pat (Brenda) Magouirk all from Pelham, Tennessee; 17 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. 1 brother Earl Gilliam of Greeneville, Tennessee; 3 sister-in-laws, Ruth Gilliam, Margie Gilliam and Sally Magouirk. Several nieces, nephews and many friends. When she was able to go to Church, she attended The Church of God in Alto, Tennessee.

Services will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, November 07, 2018 at Cumberland Funeral Home, Monteagle, Tennessee with Pastor Jimmy Frizzell officiating, with burial immediately following at Payne's Cove Cemetery, near Pelham, Tennessee.
