Obituary of Robert G. Miller, Jr.

Robert G. Miller, Jr. - a son of Robert G. Miller Sr. and Georgia M. (Flynn) Miller passed away on August 22, 2018. Bob was born October 3, 1943 in Detroit, MI and raised in Battle Creek, MI, graduating from Harper Creek High School in 1962. Bob served his country in the U.S. Army attaining the rank of E5. Before retiring to Tennessee, Bob had worked at Clark Equipment, Campbell Soup, House of Raeford and EPI Printing all in the Battle Creek area. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Tracy City, TN and taught Sunday School for a number of years.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Marie, and his parents. He is survived by his daughter Kimberly (Tim) Baker and son Robert (Heather) Miller III, and step-son Robby Snowberger, along with 4 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren, and his precious dog Pixie.

Funeral services with full military honors provided by the Sequatchie Valley Veterans Honor Guard will be 2:00 P.M.  Wednesday, August 29, in the funeral home with Pastor Ben Curtis officiating. Interment will be at Plainview Cemetery.
