Obituary of Virgie L. Anderson

Mrs. Virgie L. Anderson, age 94, passed away Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at Hospice of Cumberland County in Crossville, Tennessee. She was born October 26, 1923 to the late Arthur and Fannie Meeks.  Mrs. Anderson is also preceded in death by her husband Francis L. Anderson, sons; Roger L. Anderson, Wayne M. Anderson, Keith Anderson, daughters; Elsie Anderson, Shirley Gillium, brothers; Ernest Meeks, and Marvin Meeks, sisters; Melinda Adams, Minnie Nunley, Netual Caldweel, Etheline Levan, Bertha Hall and Cora, and grandchild  Roger Leah Anderson.

Mrs. Virgie is survived by her son Marvin E. Anderson daughters; Judith Meeks and Priscilla Slagle, grandchildren; Tonya (Ben) Layne, Lisa and Jesse Slagle, Joany, Phyllis, Melissa and David Meeks CIndy Clay, Lance Clay, Keith Anderson and Shawn Anderson along with many great grandchildren. 

A graveside service will be held Thursday July 12, 2018 at 1:00 PM at City Cemetery in Tracy City, Tennessee, with Bro. Franklin Hill officiating. Visitation will began at 11:00 AM till 12:45 with family and friends at Cumberland Funeral Home, Tracy City, Tennessee. Arrangement have be made with Cumberland Funeral Home, Tracy City, Tennessee.
