Obituary of David Darl Bennett
Mr. David Darl Bennett, 79, passed away on Thursday, May 17, 2018. He was born on October 8, 1938 in Monteagle, Tennessee. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lynda Kay Bennett; parents, Dave and Alma Jean Bennett; and sister, Nadine Whitfield.
He is survived by his sons, Donnie (Loretta) Bennett, and Tommy Kelly; daughters, Sherry (Larry) Bush and Susan (Dennis) Congrove; brothers, Bill (Carol) Bennett and Clyde (Teresa) Bennett; sister, Reba Jo (late L.D.) Sartain; 6 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at Cumberland Funeral Home in Monteagle on Sunday, May 20, at 3:00 P.M., with Bro. Larry Bush officiating. Burial will follow at Monteagle Cemetery.
