Tracy City- Ms. Hazel E. Rice passed away Friday May 18, 2018 at the Willows of Winchester, Winchester, Tennessee. She was born in Tracy City, Tennessee to the late Eugene and Katherine Parson.

She is survived by her sister Mary Lou VanHooser.

A graveside service will be held 2:00 PM Monday May 21, 2018 at Plainview Cemetery, Tracy City, Tennessee with Barry Nolan officiating. Visitation for family and friends will begin at 12:00 noon Monday till 1:50 PM at Cumberland Funeral Home, Tracy City, Tennessee. Funeral arrangements were provided by Cumberland Funeral Home.
