Obituary of Jimmy Ray Green

Monteagle – Mr. Jimmy Ray Green, 63, passed away, Friday March 30, 2018 at the Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro. He was born in Tracy City, Tennessee on May 8, 1954 to Benton J. Green and Allene Meeks Green who preceded him in death. 

 

He was a US Army veteran and was employed by the Monteagle Assembly.

 

He is survived by his wife, Roxanne Meeks Green; son, Jayme Green, Manchester; step-sons, Andy and Eli Pearson; step-daughters, Lynn (Bobby) Williams and Shelley (Marc) Barnett; brothers, Billy Green and Benton Green Jr.; 11 grandchildren.

 

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with Minister Andy Lockhart officiating with burial to follow in the Orange Hill Cemetery.  Military Honors provided by the Sequatchie Valley Honor Guard.
