Jaybird you will always be remembered! You were a very special part of Life Bridges and the first person I met on my case load when I started there, I was always in awe of the awesome connection between you and your family, the love was always evident. So many don;t have that family support. You have an awesome family and you will be missed. You are whole and soaring high now rejoicing with Jesus! Wait for the rest of us!

We were so saddened to hear of Jay's passing. Heather, my daughter, has known Jay for many years through Life Bridges. He was such a sweetheart. In fact, over the past few years, Jay would attend church, Wesley United Methodist, where we go. He will be missed. My thoughts and prayers will be with you during this time.
