Obituary of Elizabeth Winton Fults Kopp

WINTON,ELIZABETH FULTS KOPP,100,former resident of Coalmont, passed away Thursday, January 11, 2018, at Granville House Assisted Living in Oxford, NC.  She is preceded in death by husbands William Hayes Kopp of Tracy City and Leonard Dale Winton of Coalmont. She worked many years with the court system in Manchester, TN and was a substitute teacher for the Grundy County School System.  She is survived by her daughter Elizabeth (Betty Rose) Kopp of Oxford, NC, brother Robert H. Fults of Monteagle, and very special nieces and nephews and friends.
