Obituary of James Brent Sartain

Winchester – Mr. James Brent Sartain, 77, passed away Sunday, January 7, 2018, at the his home in Winchester, Tennessee. He was born in Grundy County, Tennessee on June 10, 1940, to James Alfred and Rosa Alberta Phipps Sartain, who preceded him in death.

He is survived by his wife, Sherriell Sartain; six children, Marissia Sartain Seals (Ricky), Hope, Melissa (Stacy), Grace (Lonnie), Arron (Lori), and Matthew (Carlene); 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. He is also survived by a large extended family that he was very proud of.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday in the Funeral Home Chapel with Burial to follow in the Sartain Family Cemetery. Visitation: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM Tuesday at Cumberland Funeral Home, Monteagle, Tennessee. www.cumberlandfuneralhome.net
