James "Shim" Manley age 47 of Tracy City, Tennessee passed away Saturday, Jan. 1, 2011. He was a drywall hanger & finisher, born Feb. 9, 1963 a son of the late Hayden and Hazel Scissom Manley. He was preceded in death by a grandshild, Gaige Eastland Carroll.
Survivors include children, Donna K. Manley, Michelle Leigh Manley (Steve Carroll), Shala Sue Manley and Teesha Jane Manley; brothers, Randy Keith Cox and Michael Dale Manley; sister, Valerie Smith; grandchildren, Timothy Blake Graham, Colton James Manley, Kacey Marie Shelton and Mila Sue Curtis. Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Tuesday at Living Water Church with Rev. Bobby Winton officiating. Burial will be in Coalmont Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday 5-9 P.M. at Living Water Church. Arrangements are by Foster & Lay Funeral Home, Tracy City, Tennessee.
