Obituary of Carleton G McCurry
Monteagle – Mr. Carleton G. McCurry, 74, passed away at his home Monday December 25, 2017 with his loving devoted wife at his bedside. He was born in Birmingham, Alabama on April 5, 1943 to Carleton G. McCurry Sr. and Fan Jordan McCurry who preceded him in death along with his son, Carleton G. McCurry III.
He was a graduate of Auburn University and an Architect by trade. He was a US Army veteran of the Vietnam Era serving in the First Calvary Division. He received the Purple Heart and Bronze Star for his valiant service to his country.
He is survived by his wife, Kathryn and 2 special companions, Mac and Abby.
