It is with great sadness that I found out today of the passing of Jerry. I worked with him for many years when he delivered Coke's to a grocery that I worked for. He was always so kind and had a smile on his face. He was such a hard worker. He was a wonderful person with a pure heart. Rest in Peace, Jerry.

It was with great sadness when I learned of (my brother-in-law) Jerry Dale Gallagher's passing. We were both in the hospital, I came home a week before he did. I'm still not out of the woods but feeling stronger everyday. Shalonda, Amanda and Dustin, I love you so very much. Your daddy was a loving father, I know you were his world, and his grandchildren were too. Jerry Dale soared, felt the wind and took to the sky for I know the love he felt had to be so great there was no coming back for he went home to be with Jesus. I know the heartache you must be going through, and I know the love never leaves you, he's always going to be in your thoughts and heart. Tears will come and go out of no where- because you love and will miss him dearly! He isn't hurting anymore, all his pain and suffering is gone, he's been made new and in a better place but always alive in you, and for his brothers and sister and all his family and friends I am sending my love and prayers with heartfelt condolences to all of you. May the Lord lift up heavy hearts, comfort you and keep all the beautiful memories alive - he lives. " 2 Corinthians 5:8 "....I love you Aunt Carrie. I am deeply sorry for you're loss, and our hearts break with yours. I know how hard it is to fathom losing someone you love so much.

Please accept my sincere condolences. Losing a loved one in death is one of the hardest things to deal with in life. However, we can draw comfort from the Bible account of the resurrection of Jesus' friend, Lazarus, recorded at John 11: 11-14. Just as Jesus awakened Lazarus, one day we too will see our loved ones again as promised at John 5:28, 29 and Rev. 21: 3, 4. Until that day comes, it is my hope that you will continue to be comforted by the words found at Jeremiah 29: 11, 12. We are assured that when we pray to Jehovah God, he will listen.

Jerry Dale was my very first boyfriend, we were 4 or less years old, all the way through first grade. I got my first and only spanking at school looking on his spelling test. I was so sorry to hear the news, we will all meet again.

To the family, my sincere condolences for the loss of your loved one.
