Tracy City- Mr. Franklin D. Morgan passed away Saturday, December 2,2017 at his home in Tracy City, Tennessee. He was born in to Kentucky to the late John and Ethel Morgan. He served in the United States Army. Mr. Morgan is also preceded in death by his wife Betty Morgan; son Craig Morgan; siblings, Alonzo, Alma Gay Harris, Inez Ward, Jewell Davis, Mary Lou Patrick, Frankie Klinger and Edista Hall.

Mr. Morgan is survived by sons, Tim Morgan of Tracy City, Rob (Joyce) Morgan of Murfreesboro; daughter, Allison Jenkins of Missouri; brother Lewis Morgan of Virginia; sister Phyliss Martin of Coalmont, 4 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at Burns Cemetery, with Bro. Ben Curtis officiating. Online condolences may be at www.cumberlandfuneralhome.net Arrangements were made by Cumberland Funeral Home, Tracy City, TN.
