Troy Allen Finchum age 50 of Tracy City, Tennessee passed away November 21, 2017. He was born on September 28, 1967 in Montpelier, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his father, John H. Finchum; mother, Elizabeth Daly; and brother, Lloyd Finchum.
Survivors include his fiancé, Dorothy Thomas; sons, Jared Merillat and Ian Finchum; stepson, Devon Thomas; brothers, Craig Finchum, Johnny Finchum, Eddie Daly; sisters, Susan Gilliam and Edith Haston.
Arrangements are by Cumberland Funeral Home in Monteagle.
