Kenneth Willis O'Neal, 60, of Tracy City, TN, passed away Saturday in a Chattanooga, TN, hospital. Mr. O'Neal is survived by his children, Ricky and Melissa O'Neal, both of Nashville, TN, sisters, Christine Mosley, Chattanooga, TN and Ruth Hampton, Columbus, Ohio, and five grandchildren. Funeral services will be Monday at 1:00 P.M. in the funeral home chapel with Bro Donald Howard officiating. Burial will be in the Oak Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12 Noon Monday until the hour of the service. Arrangements are by Foster & Lay Funeral Home, Tracy City, TN.
