Antioch, Tennessee- Mrs. Tommie Parks Dugger passed away in the early morning hours Sunday March 19, 2017 at the age of 91. Born in Pelham, Tennessee she is preceded in death by her parents Fred and Grae Payne Parks, husband; Paul Dugger, brothers; Bob, Paul, and Fred Parks. She is survived by her sister-in-law Billie Parks of Monteagle, Tn along with several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, March 22, 2017, at 11:00 AM at Warren Cemetery, Pelham, Tn. Visitation will be held at Cumberland Funeral Home Monteagle, Tennessee from 10:00 AM till time of service. Online condolences can be made at www.cumberlandfuneral.net
