Tracy City- Mary Ruth Rhea, age 76, of Tracy City, passed away Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at STRHS of Winchester.
Mrs. Rhea was born June 25, 1940 in Cowan, TN to the late Carl Lowe and the late Louise Patty Lowe. She was a homemaker and attended Baker's Chapel Church.
She is survived by her husband, Eddie Rhea; sister, Mildred "Mickey" Melton; nephews, Jack Lowe, Steve Melton and wife Kim; nieces, Sherry Caldwell and husband Tim, Kim Hall and husband Marty.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers Kenny, Herman, and Louis Lowe.
Funeral Services will be at Foster and Lay Funeral Home in the chapel Saturday, March 4, at 12:00 Noon with Bro. Larry Layne officiating. Burial will follow in the Plainview Cemetery. The family will receive friends for a period of visitation Friday from 5 until 9 PM.
