Delbert Carlton "Baldy" Melton, age 80, of Tracy City, Tennessee passed away Tuesday, February 6, 2017 at Harton Regional Medical Center in Tullahoma, Tennessee. He is preceded in death by his parents Carl David and Thelma Melton. Survivors include his wife Mildred "Mickey" Melton, Hillsboro, TN; son, Steven (Kim) Melton, Tracy City, TN; daughter, Kim (Marty) Hall, Athens, AL. Funeral service will be held 1:00 P.M. Saturday in the funeral home chapel with Reverend Clayton Jones officiating, burial will be in the Clouse Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday, February 11, 2017, from 10:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. At the funeral home.
