Obituary of Carole Hargis

Mrs. Carole Ann Hargis age 79 of Tracy City, Tennessee passed away Friday, July 15, 2011, in Medical Center of Manchester. She was born in Dearborn, Wayne County, Michigan, a daughter of the late George Isac and Mary Christy Isac. She had lived in Redford, Michigan and worked for the Clarenceville School System as a bus driver and also for the Jewish home for the aged before retiring and moving to Tennessee. Carole was an active parishioner of Christ Church Monteagle and enjoyed her swimming activities each week in Manchester. She was the loving wife of the late Allen Hargis and is the dear mother of Mary Davidson, Allen R. Hargis, Jr., Cynthia Dettmer, Steve Hargis, and Cristine Kish. Dear grandmother of 15 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, July 19, 2011, at Christ Church Monteagle with Bishop William Millsaps officiating. Burial will be in Fall Creek Cemetery, Gruetli-Laager,TN. The family will receive friends Monday 5-9 P.M. at the funeral home. Arrangements are by Foster & Lay Funeral Home, Tracy City, Tennessee
