Obituary of David Meeks

David Geary Meeks age 46 of Monteagle passed away Saturday, December 31, 2016, at STRHS-Sewanee. He had worked in law enforcement until illness forced him to retire. David was preceded in death by his father, Gary Leonard Meeks. Some his his favorite pastimes were deer hunting and sports.
Survivors include his children, Geary Dayne Meeks, Saxon M. Meeks and Harley Skylyn Meeks; mother, Kathy Dianne Heubi; sister, Misty Meeks Conry, Wendy Meeks; brothers, Jeremiah Heubi, Joshua Huebi and Brandon Meeks; grandmother, Kathleen Geary.
Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with brother Anthony Dishroon officiating. Burial will be in Coalmont Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday 6-9 P.M. At the funeral home. On line condolences may be made at: www.fosterlayfuneralhome.net.
