Rodney Wayne Young, Jr. of Chattanooga, Tennessee passed away Tuesday December 27, 2016 at the age of 50. A Graveside service will be held Saturday, December 31, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. at Plainview Cemetery in Tracy City, Tennessee for friends and family.
