Wayne Clark Johnson, age 74, of Tracy City, Tennessee, passed away Monday, December 5, 2016 at STRHS-Winchester, Tennessee. He is survived by Vallery Griffith Shannon (Bruce); Courtney Griffith; and all of his family at Exceptional Enterprises at Coalmont. Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Thursday in the Foster & Lay Chapel with Reverend Barry Nolan officiating, visitation will be Thursday from 10:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. The burial will be in the Oak Grove Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers memorials to: Exceptional Enterprises, 23 North Industrial Park Road, Coalmont, Tn 37313.
