Jeff "Papa" Johnson, age 53, went to be with the Lord Sunday, July 31, 2016 he was at Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He enjoyed spending time with his family and he loved the Lord. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Alene Johnson. He is survived by his wife, Roxanne Johnson; son, Chase (Alora) Johnson; daughter, Christin (Greg) Fults; grandchildren, Bailey, Taylor, Elliot and soon to be Sidney. Funeral services will be held at 6:00 P.M. Wednesday, August 3, 2016 in the Foster & Lay Chapel with Reverend Matthew Meeks officiating, burial will be in the Plainview cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 3:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. Funeral arrangements are provided by Foster & Lay Funeral Home, Tracy City, Tennessee, (931)592-3691.
