Charles (Tommy) William Thomas Wilkes Jr. passed away on Thursday June 30th at Life-care of Red bank TN after a long illness. Tommy was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee on March 20, 1948 and lived most of his life in Chattanooga and Ft. Oglethorpe, Ga. He is preceded in death by his mother Eula Mae Griffith Wilkes Hedges and father Charles Wilkes. He is survived by his daughter Tammy Davenport, son Josh Templeton, grandchildren, Emmi, Haylee, and Malachi along with three brothers Eddie, Bob and Jack. Graveside services will be held on Saturday July 16th at 11:00 AM AT Plainview Cemetery in Tracy City, Tennessee
