Mrs. Carolyn Anderson Patterson, age 88, died Friday, June 3, 2016, at her home in Woodstock, GA. A native of Grundy County she was born on April 2, 1928. She was preceded in death by her husband, Emmett F. Patterson; daughters, Susan and Penny Patterson.
Survivors include her daughter, Kathy Raines, and husband, Darrell Raines; son, Michael Patterson and wife, Susan Patterson; two grandchildren, Heather Patterson and Courtney Patterson Barrington and her husband, Josh Barrington; sister, Linda Alsup; several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be 11:00 A.M. Monday, June 6, 2016, at Plainview Cemetery with Minister Danny Coffelt officiating. The family will receive friends Monday from 10:00 A.M. - 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home. On line condolences may be made at www.foster&layfuneralhome.net.
