Obituary of Bobby Turner

Mr. Bobby Gene Turner, age 77, of Tracy City, Tennessee passed away Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Mr. Turner served as a Deacon and song leader at the Sweeton Hill First Congregational Methodist Church. He loved his family and also loved to hunt, fish and anything with outdoors. Mr. Turner is preceded in death by his wife, Judy K. Turner; daughter, Tresa Turner; parents, Marlin Turner and Margie Tipton; sister, Velma Lowe. Survivors include his son, Bobby Darrell (Pam) Turner; daughter, Beverly (Dwayne) Gipson; brothers, Charles and Ray Tipton; sisters, Thelma Gilliam, Shirley Carrick, Sue Collins and Brenda Goins; brother-in-laws, Thomas Fults, Pete Fults and Jerry Fults; grandchildren, Jennifer (Mickey) Parson, Allen Gipson, Kristi Turner and Brian Turner; A very special great grandson, Jadon Hall, and Xander Braden, Hadlei Parson. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday, June, 2, 2016 at the Sweeton Hill First Congregational Methodist Church, 96 Sweeton Hill Road in Coalmont, with Minister John Potts and Minister Russell Irvin officiating, the burial will be in the Coalmont Cemetery.
