Peggy Luciel Smith, age 74, of Monteagle, Tennessee, passed away Monday, March 7, 2016 at Southern Tennessee Regional Health System in Winchester, Tennessee. Preceded in death by her husband, Bud Smith; parents, Benjamin and Sarah; brothers, Charles Casto Milligan and Benjamin Coleman Milligan.
Survivors include her son, Mike (Joy) Smith, Cowan, Tennessee; daughter, Mary (Jason) Weaver, Monteagle, Tennessee; brother, Jim Edd Milligan, Harlingen, TX; sister, Earlene Hedges, Wichita, KA; 5 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M. Saturday, in the Cumberland Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Tim Milligan and Reverend James C. Milligan officiating, burial will be in the Monteagle Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from 11:00 A.M. Til 1:00 P.M.
