Mrs. Patricia JoAnn Windham age 78 of Tracy City passed away Monday evening, February 29, 2016, at Hospice House in Chattanooga. She was a native of Carbondale, IL, a daughter of the late, Coy Ellis and Gorgie Thomas Ellis and was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Ellis.
Survivors include her husband, Jack Windham; sons, Brandon and Clifton Windham; brother, Tom Ellis. Funeral services will be 4:00 P.M. Friday in the funeral home chapel with Minister Ben Curtis officiating. Burial will be in Coalmont Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday 3:00-4:00 P.M.
