Obituary of Hazel Meeks

Mrs. Hazel Darlene Meeks age 57 of the Flat Branch Community near Tracy City passed away Sunday morning, February 7, 2016, at her home. She was preceded in death by her father, Pat Frederick; daughter, Felicia Meeks; niece, Joaana Sitz;; father and mother -in- law, Ray and Creasie Meeks; brother-in-law, Carl Sitz.
Survivors include her husband, Randall E. Meeks; children, Randall R. Meeks, Jonathan D. Meeks, Cota B. Meeks, Amanda Meeks and Teresa Evans; mother, Mary K. Frederick; brother, Ernest E. Frederick; sister, Jean Sitz; 11 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with Elder Franklin Hill officiating. Burial will be in the Meeks Family Cemetery at Flat Branch. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 10:00 A.M. until 9:00 P.M. at the funeral home. On line condolences may be made at: www.fosterlayfuneralhome.net.
