Obituary of Wesley Church

Mr. Wesley Ray Church age 88 of Decherd, Tennessee and a long time Tracy City resident passed away Thursday, December 31, 2015, at the Willows of Winchester. He was born in Tracy City, a son of the late William Perry Church and Cecil Patrick Church and was preceded in death by a brother, Joe Church and a sister, Willene Birdwell; son-in-law, Clifton Bonner. Mr. Church was a retired coalminer.
Survivors include his wife of 69 years, Mildred Thomas Church of Decherd; daughter, Linda Fay Bonner of Winchester; son, Bobby Ray (Teresa) Church of Tracy City; 8 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday in the funeral home chapel with Reverend Brian Crisp and Brother Jinks Partin officiating. Burial will be in Plainview Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday 2-9 P.M. at the funeral home. On line condolences may be made at: www.fosterlayfuneralhome.net.
