Mr. Frank Brown, age 76, of Coalmont, Tennessee, passed away Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Frank was a member of the American Legion, he received the Veteran's Award from the Grundy County Veterans. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rudolph and Clara Brown, wife, Nellie D. Brown, son, Daniel Wade Brown, brothers, Steven and Roddy Brown. Survivors include his son Rudy A. Brown, Coalmont, TN; sister, Jennie Tate; four grandchildren, Zachary Brown, Kirby, Alexandra, Bailey. Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Sunday, November 22, 2015 in the Foster & Lay funeral home chapel with Brother Ray Winton and Brother Clayton Jones officiating. Burial will be in the Coalmont Cemetery, with full Military Honors provided by the Sequatchie Valley Honor Guard. The family will receive friends Saturday from 11:00 A.M. til 9:00 P.M.
