Mrs. Betty Ruth Pruitt age 68 of Sequatchie, Tennessee passed away Saturday , October 17, 2015 at her home. She was born in Bear Creek, Alabama a daughter of the late Richard Marvin Massey and Velma Jane Mann Massey.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Pruitt, Sequatchie; children, Jerry Hogan of Pennsylvania, Paul Hogan of Illinois, Sherry (Jim) Belcher of Illinois, Terry (Terry) Heltsley of Illinois, Rebecca Pruitt of Georgia; brothers, Roy Massey of Oklahoma and Richard Massey of Missouri; 11 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Wednesday in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow in Burns Cemetery in Sequatchie. The family will receive friends Tuesday 5-9 P.M. At the funeral home. On line condolences may be made at www.fosterlayfuneralhome.net.
Arrangements are by Foster & Lay Funeral Home of Tracy City, Tennessee.
