Kathy Shrum, age 62, of Nashville, Tennessee, passed away Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at Alive Hospice in Nashville with her family by her side. She is preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Smith; grandson, Taylor Sinks.
Survivors include her husband, Mike Shrum, Nashville, TN; father, James Smith, Coalmont, TN; son, Travis (Suzanne) Shrum, Nashville, TN; daughter, Lorie (Scott) Sinks, Nashville, TN; brother, Anthony (Jocelyn) Smith, Winchester, TN; grandchildren, Grace, Riley, Anna and Emily.
Graveside service will be held 1:00 P.M. Friday in the Coalmont Cemetery with Pastor Jeffery Smith officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6-9 P.M. at Foster & Lay Funeral Home.
