Obituary of Ophelia Haynes

Doris Ophelia Cannon Haynes departed this life for her heavenly home on August 8, 2015. She was born May 15, 1914, to Lavator and Ella Cannon who preceded her in death, along with several brothers and sisters, her husband Paul, son Wayne, two grand sons, Edwin and Randy Haynes. She is survived by her sons Paul (Virginia), and Bobby of Tracy City, Charlie (Helen) of Poteau, Oklahoma, and daughters Martha of Pelham and Patricia (Ricky) of Tracy City, 21 grandchildren, 49 great grandchildren, 43 great great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, sisters-in-law Betty (Alfred) Layne, Alma (Eule) Steifel and Portia (Burney) McDowell. Funeral services will begin at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, August 11, 2015, in the chapel of Foster & Lay Funeral Home. Brother Freddie Savage, Brother Ernest Lockhart, and Brother Brett Meeks will be officiating. Burial will be in Plainview Cemetery.
