Obituary of Katherine Knott

Mrs. Katherine Williams Knott age 91 of Tracy City passed away in her sleep Monday, July 20, 2015 at her home. She was born in Monteagle, a daughter of the late Robert Jackson "Bob" Rollins and Levester Thomas Rollins and was preceded in death by her husbands, Gene Williams and Frances Lee Knott; son, Billy Joe Williams; grandson, Brian Williams; daughters, Janie Beatrice and Jewellene Williams; sisters, Mary Sitz, Pauline Risley and Dorothy Layne; brothers, Bud, Paul and Dale Rollins. She is survived by her children, Jannette Phillips, Jasper, Bruce (Carol) Williams, Monteagle, Robert (Reba) Williams, Gruetli-Laager, Kathy (David) Tate, Tracy City, Mary Edith (Dennis) Cook, Tracy City, Danny Ray (Crickett) Williams, Sequatchie, Linda (Eddie) Carson, Jasper; 23 grandchildren, 48 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday in the funeral home chapel with Brother Delbert Layne officiating. The family will receive friends Wednesday 5-9 P.M. at the funeral home.
