Obituary of Carolyn Foutch

Carolyn Faye Foutch, age 73, died Thursday, July 16, 2015 at her residence. Faye was born in Tracy City, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late, Haskell "BrightEyes" Crisp and Leta Rollins Crisp and she was of the Methodist faith.
Faye was preceded in death by her husband, Garland Foutch, Jr.; son, Chris Foutch; grandson, Bryan Foutch; and parents, Haskell and Leta Crisp.
Survivors include her daughter, Melody Foutch Wilkes of Nashville, TN; son, Tracy Foutch of Atlanta, GA; and son, Kelly Foutch of Monteagle, TN. Faye also has four grandsons, Tyler and Parker Wilkes of White House, TN; Tanner and Bailey Foutch of Monteagle, TN.
A memorial service will be held at the Monteagle Cemetery on Sunday, July 26 at 5:00 P.M. Please join us to celebrate the extraordinary life of Carolyn Faye Foutch.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Mountain Goat Trail Alliance, P.O. Box 968, Monteagle, TN 37356, In memory of Faye Foutch.
