Kenneth "Tim" Tate age 65 passed away Tuesday at his home. He was a son of the late Carl Norwood and Flossie Mae Wise Barlund and was preceded in death by his wife, Lisa Tate. Survivors include his children, Maria Johnson (Travis), Tracy City, Aaron Tate, Tracy City, Andrea Tate (Jeremy Thomas), Monteagle, Rebecca Graham (Timothy), Rossville, GA, Stacey Tate, Peoria, IL, Lacey Tate of Florida; sisters, Cindy Jane Tate, Sewanee, Mary Scott, Sewanee, Debbie Guess, North Carolina; 16 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 3:00 P.M. Sunday in the funeral home chapel with family and friends speaking. Burial will be in O'Dear Cemetery in Sewanee. The family will receive friends Saturday 2-9 P.M. at the funeral home. On line condolences may be made at: www.cumberlandfuneralhome.net. Arrangements are by Cumberland Funeral Home of Monteagle, Tennessee.
