Obituary of Reverend Harold Vandergriff

Reverend Harold Loyd Vandergriff age 69 of Pocket Road, Whitwell passed away Saturday evening, May 16, 2015, at his home with his family by his side. He was a son of the late Spearman & Ella Smith Vandergriff and was preceded in death by his sons, Daleman Loyd Vandergriff and Troy Flynn.
He is survived by his wife, Loretta Vandergriff; daughters, Loretta Jean (Jackie) Phillips of Cookeville, TN, Joy Ann (Ronny) Kinary of Palmer, Crystal Gail (Bobby) Nunley of Palmer and Angel Renee (Dustin Frisbee) of Whitwell; 10 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Tuesday at the Vandergriff residence with Brother Delbert Layne officiating. Burial will be in the L & L Family Cemetery. The family is receiving friends at the Vandergriff residence, 1650 Pocket Road, Whitwell, Tennessee. On line condolences may be made at www.fosterlayfuneralhome.net.
Arrangements are by Foster & Lay Funeral Home of Tracy City, Tennessee.
