Betty Roberts, was born June 27, 1956, to the late Junior and Maxine Scott. She passed away Saturday, May 9, 2015 at St. Thomas Midtown, Nashville, TN. Mrs. Roberts was an Artist and a member of Fine Art of America, and owner of L&B Gallery of Tracy City, TN. She also participated in research for cardiac advancement with the University of Rochester at New York and Southern Adventist University. She is also preceded in death by her husband Benton Roberts; brother, Kenneth Scott; sister, Linda Worley. Survivors include her son, Roy Roberts, Monteagle, Tn; brother, James Scott and Robert Scott; sister JoAnn Scott; nieces, Crystal Scott; nephews, Brain Scott and Chris Scott. A graveside service will be Wednesday, leaving Cumberland Funeral Home at 4:00 P.M. going to Coalmont Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 4-9 P.M. at the funeral home.
