Mrs. Ella Virginia "Dolly" Manley age 66 of Tracy City passed away Tuesday, April 7, 2015, at Southern Tennessee Medical Center in Winchester. She attended Chestnut Springs Congregational Methodist Church. Mrs. Manley was a daughter of the late Earl Lynch and Kathleen Layne, was preceded in death by her sons, Ricky Dale and Timothy Wayne Manley; brother, Steve Lynch; sister, Betty Kilgore. Survivors include her husband of 52 years, Dennis Manley; sisters, Ruth Flury, Warrior, Alabama and Donna Jackson, Tracy City; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Friday at the Chestnut Springs Congregational Methodist Church with Brother Freddie Savage officiating. Burial will be in the Plainview Cemetery.
