Obituary of Pearley Nunley

Mrs. Pearley M. Nunley age 81 of Pelham, Tennessee passed away Monday, May 9, 2011, in Medical Center of Manchester. She was preceded in death by her husband, Silas Nunley; sons, Joe Nunley and Sam Nunley; grandson, Carl Nunley. Mrs. Nunley was a member of Elk Head Church of Christ.
Survivors include her daughter, Kathleen (Billy) Hill, Pelham, Webster E. Nunley(Donna), Monteagle; brothers, William and Willard Sartain both of Manchester; sisters, Marlee Meeks, Monteagle, Melba SMithey, Manchester, Annie Garner, Manchester, Mary Pendergrass, Oregon; 13 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M.Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with Minister Charles Childers officiating. Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery in Pelham. The family will receive friends Tuesday 5-9 P.M. at the funeral home. Arrangements are by Cumberland Funeral Home, 207 Mabee Avenue, Monteagle, Tennessee, Telephone 931-924-2381.
