Melinda Gayle Proctor age 42 of Tracy City passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2014, at her home.
She is survived by her mother and father, Debbie and Roger Sitz; her grams, Anne Schroeder; sons, Joshua Totherow and A.J. Proctor; grandson, Jake Totherow; sisters, Maggie Talbert Rhueling and Melissa Ramsey; brothers, James Talbert, Robbie Talbert and Danny Sitz; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, including, Julia Law, Chloe Hutt and Katie Ramsey.
Mindy will be so missed and in our hearts for ever.
