Anita Jean Sanders, age 51, of Monteagle, Tennessee, passed away Monday, August 11, 2014 at Erlanger Hospital, Chattanooga, Tennessee. She is survived by her parents, Robert and Annette Patterson; two sons, DeWayne (Jennifer) Sanders and Brian Lee (Cristin) Sanders; brothers, Wayne, Dennis and Steve Patterson; sisters, Sherry Patterson, Rita Guess, Julie McFalls and Franny Patterson; three grandchildren, Timothy, Matthew, and Nelson, Jr., Brandon Taylor, Brianna Gawrys and Ethan Gawrys; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Friday, August 15, 2014 in the funeral home chapel with Elder Franklin Hill and Reverend Bobby Winton officiating. Burial will follow in the Summerfield Cemetery. Family will receive friends Thursday from 5-9 P.M. Funeral arrangements are made by Foster & Lay Funeral Home, Tracy City, Tennessee (931)592-3691.
