Mrs. Judy Ann Meeks age 59 of Tracy City, Tennessee passed away Friday Morning, July 18, 2014, at Generations of Spencer. She was a daughter of the late James and Lena Scott Levan and was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Meeks; son, Christopher Meeks; sister, Helen Anderson; brothers, Leslie L., Ernest Eugene and James Levan, Jr.; nephew, Jason Levan. Survivors include her daughter, Amanda Meeks and her fiancé, Andy Nunley; grandson, David Allen Horton; sisters, Bonnie Meeks and Connie Meeks; brothers, Steven Levan, Gary Levan and Daniel Levan all of Tracy City; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Monday in the funeral home chapel with Reverend Mike Rigsby officiating. Burial will be in Planiview Cemetery. The family will receive friends 4-9 P.M. on Sunday at the funeral home.
