Chandra Gayle Meeks, age 33, of Tracy City, Tennessee passed away Friday, March 28, 2014 at Emerald-Hodgson hospital in Sewanee, Tennessee. She is preceded in death by her father, Grady Lockhart, brothers, Donnie Lockhart, and Ronald Nelson Nunley, Maternal Grandparents, Wiley and Alma Meeks, Paternal Grandparents, Wilson and Mae Ellen Lockhart.
Survivors include her mother, Mary Jo Meeks and step-father, Charles Green, Tracy City, Tennessee; son, Skyler Meeks, Tracy City, Tennessee; brothers, Troy Lockhart, Ronnie Lockhart, and Grady "Anto" Lockhart, Jr., Tracy City, Tennessee; sisters, Kimberly Goins, Tracy City, Tennessee; Angela Manley, South Pittsburg, Tennessee; favorite uncle, David Meeks; favorite aunt, Pat Birdwell; several Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
Graveside service will be held 4:00 P.M. Wednesday, April 2, 2014 in the Orange Hill Cemetery with Reverend Terry Winton and Reverend Bobby Winton officiating. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 2:00 - 4:00 P.M at Foster & Lay Funeral Home.
