Mrs. Rita Layne Payne age 64 of Tracy City, Tennessee passed away Saturday, February 1, 2014, in Southern Tennessee Medical Center. She was a daughter of the late Ernest Layne and Auline Campbell Layne and was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Roy Payne; grandson, Floyd Kevin O;Dear, II.
Survivors include her sons, Floyd Kevin O'Dear (Angie) and Troy Nelson Payne both of Tracy City; sister, Cathy (Jimmy) Lyle, Jasper; grandchildren, Toni Nicole Worley, Ashly Dawn O'Dear, Derrick Burgess O'Dear and 5 great-grandchildren, Harley Worley, Dylan Worley, Hunter O'Dear, Remington O'Dear, Kaylin Messick.
Graveside services will be 2:00 P.M. Tuesday in Plainview Cemetery. The Reverend Clayton Jones will officiate. The family will receive friends Monday 5-9 P.M. at the funeral home. On line condolences may be made at www.fosterlayfuneralhome.net.
