Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Aylor Cauthen age 87 of Monteagle, Tennessee went to be with the Lord Thursday, January 2, 2014. She was a daughter of the late Sylvester Aylor and Georgia Lee Bradford Aylor and was preceded in death by her husband, Coy Cauthen; sisters, Ann Hoffman, Barbara Lint, Marlene Kitsenble and Kate Fullwood. She was a member of Bible Baptist Church in Monteagle and was retired from the food service business, where she had been a restaurant manager. Survivors include her daughters, Annie (Thomas Ray) Stubblefield and Betty (Lorene) Cordes of Monteagle; sister, Sue Moore, Lakeworth,FL; brothers, L.V. Aylor, Summerville FL and George Aylor, West Palm Beach, FL; 3 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday in the funeral home chapel with Reverend James Taylor officiating. Burial will be in Plainview Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday 5-9 P.M. at the funeral home.
